Law/Patents - Law (general)
German term or phrase: Abwickler
spolka akcyjna (niem.): obok siebie pojawiaja sie pojecia Geschäftsführer, Vorsitzender, Abwickler.
Jezeli Geschäftsführer to Prezes Zarzadu (a moze jednak Dyrektor Zarzadzajacy?),
to Vorsitzender bedzie "Przewodniczacy"(?),
a "Abwickler" - "Prowadzacy sprawy" (?)

Moze ktos udzielilby mi jednoznacznej odpowiedzi. Problematyka pojawila sie juz w przypadku "Geschäftsführer", ale to raczej chodzilo o spolki z o.o.

Dziekuje z gory, Alicja

Explanation:
Co do Geschäfsführer, Vorsitzender - w tym przypadku bylbym za "czlonek zarzadu", "prezes", ale co do tego nie daje "confidence high". EW. zarzadca, jak w linku
