substytucja, czyli kiedy osoba posiadająca pełnomocnictwo (np. adwokat) udziela "podpełnomocnictwa" swojemu koledze z tej samej kancelarii, zeby go zastąpił w tej sprawie. Patrz polska i niemiecka wikipedia. Nie może być "substytuacja pełnomocnictwa" bo substytucja to zastępowanie kogoś, to jest niestylistyczne masło maślane.
