Hola Carmen,

el problema es que olvidé que casi no hablas alemán.
Por eso ahora las explicaciones en español.
Se trata aquí de un error de imprenta. Estoy seguro que se trata del Registergericht que es el juzgado de registro.
Es que en Alemania los registros mercantiles se llevan en los juzgados.
Así que la traducción en el inglés era correcto.
