Explanation:
Crepes (panqueques finitos) con salsa de chocolate y crema Chantilly (crema batida). Ya sé que esa no es la versión de España ...
Si la masa en coagulación, se desmenuza antes de vocarla en una plancha o sartén caliente para crepes, la cosa se tranforma en un Kaiserschmarren.
