Explanation:
Con la nueva Ley 42/98 del 15 de Diciembre de 1998 y declarando el carácter real del derecho de aprovechamiento por turnos, en el futuro y siempre que el derecho de aprovechamiento por turno se establezca efectivamente de manera significante en el mercado español, el problema de la competencia ya se reduce por la aplicación obligatoria del art. 16 1 a) del Convenio de Bruselas.
