In einem Arztbericht erscheint die Abkürzung Z.n. für "Zustand nach". Darf ich das wörtlich übersetzen mit "estado después"?

Oder gibt es dafür im Spanischen eine Formel? Wie heißt das im folgenden Satzzusammenhang?
