No entiendo el sentido de "Aufnahme" en esta frase:

"Postop. verzögerte Wundheilung, bei Aufnahme bestehen kleinere NEkrosen im Nahtbereich bei belegten Ulcera."

Es un informe médico, al paciente se le realizó una amputación por arteriopatía.
