Necesitaría una traducción para Dranginkontinenz, como oposición a Stressinkontinenz.

Harninkontinenz ist ein sehr weit verbreitetes Problem, unter dem allein in Deutschland Millionen Frauen leiden. Unter Stress- oder Belastungsinkontinenz versteht man den unkontrollierten Urinverlust z. B. beim Husten, Niesen, Treppensteigen oder bei abrupten Körperbewegungen. Für diese Form der Inkontinenz gibt es seit längerer Zeit effektive Therapiemöglichkeiten. Anders sieht es bei der Dranginkontinenz aus. Sie galt bislang als unheilbar.
