Queridos amigos:

El significado parece saltar a la vista y hay tantos ejemplos de "Zugedeckt warm stellen" en Internet que me da vergüenza pedir vuestra ayuda, pero quiero estar bien seguro para que a nadie se le vaya a arruinar un buen momento con este plato.

Das Olivenöl in einem großen Suppentopf erhitzen und die Hähnchenteile 3-4 Min. bei Mittelhitze anbräunen, dabei gelegentlich wenden. Zwiebeln, Knoblauch, Tomaten, Paprika, Koriandergrün, Petersilie, Ingwer, Nelken, Muskat, Zimt, Safran, Kurkuma und 2 Liter Wasser zufügen. 40-45 Minuten köcheln lassen, bis das Fleisch weich ist. Den Backofen auf 100°C vorheizen. Fleisch und Paprika mit dem Schaumlöffel in eine ofenfeste Form heben. Zugedeckt warm stellen.
