Projektnummer/-code Explanation: Das "Top" gefolgt von einer Zahl oder Zahl-Buchstaben-Kombination scheint auf österreichischen Immobilien-Websiten als Code für das jeweilige Objekt verwendet zu werden. Ich suche mal weiter und hoffe, ein paar Belege hierfür zu finden. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 28 mins (2006-02-17 15:44:26 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Hier gibt es eine Auflistung der verschiedenen Tops eines Immobilienanbieters: http://www.i-terminal.com/hp/z205/projektliste.asp. Was auffällt ist, dass jede Nummer nur ein Mal vorkommt. Das spräche also für die Projektcode-Theorie. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 38 mins (2006-02-17 15:54:42 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Scheint wirklich einfach eine Angebotsnummer zu sein: (http://www.flohmarkt.at/immobiliensuche/1/maisonette) TOP 7 bestehend aus: 2 Stück 2-Zimmer-Dachgeschoß-Maisonette-Wohnungen Netto-Mietertrag: TOP 7/I: € 480,00 p.M. TOP 7/II: € 352,73 p.M. TOP 8 bestehend aus: 4 Stück 2-Zimmer-Dachgeschoß-Maisonette-Wohnungen, voll vermietet Netto-Mietertrag: TOP 8/I: € 436,00 p.M. TOP 8/II: € 430,00 p.M. TOP 8/III: € 410,00 p.M. TOP 8/IV: € 382,73 p.M. |
