Bettina Thiel hat Recht, das gezielte Anregen zu Ideen (encouragement), gezieltes Auffordern dazu, neue Ideen zu entwickeln, möglicherweise mit Wettbewerben o.ä. Provokation finde ich zu aggressiv, außerdem folgt auf Provokation meist eine negative Reaktion, ein Gegenangriff zB.
