Het staat in de hoofding van een brief. Ik heb me laten vertellen dat het zoiets betekent als: niet verzenden voor 10u. In het Engels zou het zoiets betekenen als "embargoed until" maar ik vind geen Nederlands equivalent tot nu toe...Wie al vaker dergelijke brieven of rapporten heeft vertaald, zal deze wel kennen...
