German term or phrase: gesunkener Stichtagskurs
"...durch die Anwendung des § 341b HGB wurden Abschreibungen bei Aktien auf den *gesunkenen Stichtagskurs* in Höhe von T€ XXX vermieden."

This is part of an audit report, the section deals with changes to the material measurement bases. I found "closing rate" in the IDW translation of the IFRS. How do I express "gesunkener" properly?
