German term or phrase: Parkplatzaufsteller
The only item on an order form which, I think, has to do with advertising materials for a DIY chain.

"*Parkplatzaufsteller* für Spannbänder 3x1m auf befestigten Geländeflächen"

They cost about €160 each :)

What is one though? Could it possibly be one of those advertising displays where the ads switch every few seconds? Specially for car parks!?

But I think it is mechanical rather than electronic - € 160??? A packet of fags costs almost that much these days, doesn't it?
It does say it's for banners...
