agree  Ken Cox: all good options -- and I wonder whether the book literally deals with the problem of squaring the circle?

  -> Thank you, Ken. Good question. Since the book seems to be about PR (or do I misunderstand something) and not mathematics, I doubt that it'll tell us how to square circles. :-)
