German term or phrase: Sind Ihre Visionen im Eimer
Sind Ihre Visionen im Eimer?
Motiv: Metall-Eimer auf Kopf von Manager. Any ideas for keeping this image?
Kerim
English translation:did your visions kick the bucket?
Explanation:
dont know whether this is too colloquial but i like it since it is a pun with bucket which has a different meaning in this saying plus it will attract attention and that is what it is all about in marketing

Trashed Visions?

Explanation:
I'd consider something like, "Trashed visions?". Or alternatively a more complex sentence using this term, however, the "message" would lose a bit of its edge. The usual translations for "im Eimer sein" definitely don't work here.

Is your head in a bucket?

Explanation:
I would steer away from "visionen."

Also try: Is there a bucket over your head?

"Don't be a bucket head" may be deemed inappropriate, depending on other elements in the "message".

Have your visions gone down the drain?

Explanation:
"Im Eimer" certainly doesn't work in English - but "going down the drain" at least stays close to the context.
