can, tin
Explanation:
I believe this is not a box we are dealing with here. Unfortunately, you have not provided more context, but I assume these designers have managed to re-create a beverage can (or tin, for our friends in the UK).

"Schlicht", in this case, does not have to be rendered in such a roundabout fashion ("... of simple design") as suggested before.

Just say, "simple beverage can".

Just a hitch: simple DOS graphics

Explanation:
It stikes me that the German sentence would be grammatically wrong if the intended meaning were boxes/tins/cans whatever, because then it should be Dosen, or if the singular were intended then the article (eine)is missing. So, if there is no typo involved, Dose could only be the plural of a word 'Dos'in this grammatical context! But the textual context might be able to clarify this.
Good Luck.

CAN

Explanation:
There is nothing wrong with the grammar; of course, you might want to insert an article, but it is not necessary with this kind of style and register.

It most certainly has nothing to do with "DOS" ("plausibility principle in translation and textual analysis"!!!)
