Author or entity

Explanation:
Entity or corporation seem to fit the bill for use as a noun. Corporate is fine for use as an adjective, as in corporate enterprise, but [public or private] corporation may be closer to what you are looking for here.

authoring body

Explanation:
In addition to entity, a combination with "body" might work well, too. In reference to government, for example, a "gesetzgebende Körperschaft" would be a "legislative body." So if the Körperschaft refers to an association or business acting as the author, maybe "authoring body" would work. Though not a lot, there were a handful of sites that Yahoo came up with where the term "authoring body" is used.

originating entity

Explanation:
Since the phrase is "Autor oder Körperschaft", I assume it refers to some kind of collaborative effort with several authors who may or may not be individually mentioned and "originating entity" could fit that bill.
