The PDF doc of my ref. calls Betriebskraft "working load" in a similar context. This means the loads (i.e. forces) that occur while the part in question is "working", i.e. doing its job. I think the Fehlerfolge is (something like) that the wheel follows an incorrect path as a result of the forces and how the suspension can move.

Hi Oliver. I finally finished my translation and found - beneath your suggestion - "operational loads", which I preferred because "working loads" were almost always in the context of slings, chains etc. By the way, I did not investigate the solution of "working forces" any further. Maybe anybody else...
