foreign trade/customs office/procedure codes Explanation: These terms were in my SAP glossary: Aussenhandel: foreign trade Zollstelle: customs office Zollamt wasn't listed but I think you could repeat customs office or say customs authority. Verfahrenscodes wasn't given but there was Verfahrensvorschrift: process specifications, and Verfahrensparameter: procedure parameters. Take your pick. Export documents is fine (the glossary lists Ausfuhranmeldung as export declaration). The rest is fine. HTH |

Your ideas seem quite good Explanation: Zollstelle = customs office – SAP-Term Dic & Hamblock/Wessels Zollamt = not in SAP-Term Dic but also means customs office from other bus. dictionaries, i.g. Hamblock/Wessels Ausfuhrerklärung = export declaration - SAP-Term Dic Verfahrenscodes = not in SAP-Term or other dictionaries as such but "Verfahren" means process/procedure in general and in SAP Term Dic – In British logistics English there is a term CPC = "Customs Procedure Code", is that what you mean? Here is a good list of transport abbreviations with CPC: http://www.transportuk.com/abbrev.htm - HTH - Dan |
