I did find a variation of Vertragslieferant in Der grosse Eichborn, which does bear out contract vendor. Vertragshändler are usually authorized dealers, but your Vertragslieferant seems to go beyond that. The company has a contract with the vendor to deliver [whatever], probably at a better price and at favorable conditions that are negotiated for all participating service centers. As for Lieferscheinkunde, a Google search netted only one single hit. In analogy to contract vendor, I thought contract customer might work. I did find some hits for contract customer that fit the bill. This particular merchant (see URL below) offers different pricing structures for contract customers and non-contract customers. see below Explanation: Autopflege=automobile/car/vehicle care, which enc. waxing, washing etc. in Muret-Sanders Autopflege und Betreuung are called tech. upkeep and maintenance/servicing; I would translate it as care and servicing, because I think that care is more the meaning of washing and waxing. Lieferscheinkunde--is a customer who has better payment terms i.e. 30 days net or 2%discount when the invoice is paid right away. He is not a COD customer. Lieferschein=delivery note/ticket which the customer gets issued and signs, his bill comes later. I found the term Company service receipt,but I don't like it, but I do like the term receipt. Basically it is the American equivalent of a customer who has an account with a certain supplier, so maybe the term account customer or client/customer on account basis would work. Vertragslieferant=authorized supplier/contract supplier/distributor, but I like authorized better than contract.
