MEAG is certainly the company "Mitteldeutsche Energieversorgungs AG" - my supplier :-).

But where do you see the whole term in the fin. statements? Assets or liability side? Is it that MEAG owes to the company you are working on or the other way around? This would be essential to know to give a correct answer.
I think it has nothing to do with 3rd quarter. Otherwise there would be a hint like "III Quartal" or so.
