agree  Steffen Pollex: I am not sure about the word and, thereforre, have to agree. Seems to be pretty old-fashioned. But, definitely, the German sentence is not correct. It should be wether "verlangt haben", whether "verlangen kann/können" but no way "verlangen haben" (Grammar
