German term or phrase:valutengerecht
From a letter of subordination:
Valuten sind value, valuta einer Waehrung i.e. Euro, US$ etc.
Thus, your sentence means, that should
they back out of the contract, they will
get their money back at the same value
it was, when they paid it. Lets say they
paid 500.00X for 100.00Y and now four
weeks later they would have to pay only
400X or 550X for the same amount of Y,
they still get back their original 500X

However, it does not always (in Englis) mean for the same rate (i.e foreign exchange rate) value, but can also mean for example if you are dealing with a loan (as it seems in this case, the same loan rate or interest rate.
So I would translate this term as value rate
