Explanation:
When referring to a company or other organization rather than an individual in English, it's best to avoid the gender trap by referring to it in the neutral gender: it, its. In other English business contexts it's also best to avoid gender (just think: "Der Frauenchor") insofar as possible without perverting the English language.
