Die Übernahme ist unter anderem an die Erfüllung der Bedingungen geknüpft, dass XYZ nach Ablauf der Angebotsfrist über mehr als 67 Prozent der ABC-Aktien verfügt, die Vinkulierungsbestimmungen in den Sulzer Statuten aufgehoben werden sowie weiterer, aus der Voranmeldung des Übernahmeangebots ersichtlichen Bedingungen.

I know it is a long sentence but I am thoroughly confused.

"ersichtlich" = visible, to be seen from
This term does not translate well into English. The work-around is "conditions agreed to", i.e. the conditions that are recorded and can be read in the acqusition agreement.
