Just some other possibilities assuming that OK does indeed mean OK: "Ensuring a high pass rate", "Ensuring a high level of satisfaction", "Ensuring a high percentage of satisfactory (products?)", "Ensuring a high approval rate".

Good luck!

successful percentage, high-end percentage etc.

Explanation:
"o k prozentrate" "ok prozentrate" AltaVista found no document matching your query.
Assuming that O K is a typo for OK, this could stend for the much-used Anglicism OK/Okay, or for some German abbretiation (Oberkante [high-end?], Ortskrankenkasse or what have you: Acronyms are notoriously hard to pin down in search engines and in general)

enxure a high percentage of good/successful results

Explanation:
Like much Eurpoean management and marketing jargon these days, this is a bad German rendering of English jargon. 'O K' is surely 'OK', as others have noted. 'Prozentrate' is bad German because its a literal translation of English 'percentage rate', which is in any case bad English (since a percentage is already rate or ratio). An 'OK' result is a good or successful result.

    I've been there.
