Explanation:
The use of \"und\" twice bothers me. Either the first one should be replaced with a comma or, depending on the desired meaning, one could replace either the first or second \"und\" with \"as well as\", something like this:


\"Introduction to/Familiarization with the process being (present)/to be (future) developed using existing documentation, programs, input data/information (material and documentation) and mandatory/prescribed/required results/targets/goals (output requirements) as well as the processing responsibility matrix.\"
