Die verlängerte A-Klasse bietet zudem Mehrpreisbaustein gegenüber A-Klasse Mopf DM 2.250,- DLP

Explanation:
This appears to be somewhat telegraphic German. My guess is that it means that the stretched model offers the dealer a better opportunity to add extra charges to the price of the basic model than does the upgraded model, or that the stretched model is only available at an extra price, which is not true of the upgraded model. [Mopf = 'Modelpflege' = model upgrade [see ref 1] 'Preisbaustein' is apparently a literal translation of the English 'price component', which is widely used (see ref 2, for example).
Finally, 'DM 2.250.- DLP' should apparently be separated from the rest of the sentence -- this is probably the extra charge for the stretched model. Most likely 'DLP' means 'Dealer List Price' (a lot of English is used in the German car industry (from translating experience)).

Possible translationk thus: 'The stretched A-class (model) also offers an additional price component compared to the updated A-class (model). DLP 2,250 DM.

Explanation:
I don't think a literal translation would work. Here is a suggestion - but as I don't understand why "DLP" is placed after the price (I am certainly no car expert), you may have to work on it ...:

The extra length of this Class A model is a feature that justifies a price increase in addition to the extra DM 2,250 already charged for the Class A Mopf
