English translation:statement of account / account statement
Explanation:
This would have to be a typographical error and should have been Auszugsschreibung. From what little context you provide (the whole sentence would have been most helpful!), it looks to me like these are bank statements showing the final balance.

...for 315, the time that the last statement was issued, showing what was then the ending balance ...

Or something like that. See if that fits in with the rest of your context.

From http://www.ksk-tut.de/tutspi/si/gmk_beding.html:
Es werden nur Kosten für die Erstellung der Kontoauszüge berechnet. Die Preisfindung orientiert sich an den Girokontoauszügen (siehe Preisaushang). Die Abrechnung erfolgt vierteljährlich. Bei 90tägiger Auszugsschreibung wird auf den Kostenersatz verzichtet.

Auszug / Kontoauszug - statement of account
Kontostand - balance of an account
Endstand - ending balance

Dear Claire,

Explanation:
Scheibung is not a German word so I wonder if it's a typo for 'Schreibung', which is not very good German..

Auszug is either physical=drawer, chest of drawers
a print term=color separation
a chemical term=extract
and a text term=excerpt, abstract, compendium, summary
Could possibly a 'spot check' be meant?
If so the sentence could be 'at 315, the time of the last spot check print with the then final value'.

(Pretty wuild suggestion!)
