USU ValueControl® ist ein Standardwerkzeug zur Verrechnung komplexer Dienstleistungen. Primäre Einsatzgebiete sind die Verrechnung und das Controlling von IT-Leistungen. However, the Eurodicautom definition of chargeback was "issuer-generated reversal of all or a portion of an amount previously posted to a cardholder account" As far as I can see, cardholder account is the term you need.
