A search on "Employee Leasing" will yield a great number of hits. See, for instance: What is Employee Leasing? Under employee leasing arrangements, a small business transfers its workforce to an employee leasing firm and then leases back all or the majority of its workers. In return for a payroll markup of 14 to 30 percent, the employee leasing firm assumes all human resource management responsibilities, from the mundane - such as payroll, employee benefits, unemployment compensation, workers' compensation, and government reporting - to the specialized, such as providing 401K plans, completing employee background checks, identifying undocumented immigrants, and helping employers avoid discrimination suits and comply with the Americans for Disabilities Act. For employees, the transfer to an employee leasing firm is almost transparent because their original employer retains the supervisory role. www.mnworkforcecenter.org/lmi/leasing/ As far as the Tip-Provisionsgeschäft goes, it's the Tip part that has me puzzled - I'm half thinking it might be an abbreviation having to do with temp employees - or maybe employees receive a commission for referrals of potential employees? (As you can see, I'm kind of grasping at straws here. Hopefully you can figure it out based on the overall context.) Provisionsgeschäft n (com) business on a commission basis HTH |

body leasing and consulting business Explanation: no problem about the 'body leasing' 'tip' - is adopted in German a bit more broadly and acceptably than in English where it merely means giving a clue of an advice. - Tip Provisionsgaeschaeft should in its entirety must mean consulting business. personal experience |

body-leasing; tip-commission business Explanation: For body-leasing, the previous answers all agree, it is current USA useage. The second part, "Tip-Provisionsgeschäfte", I think they mean that part of consulting, where commissioins are paid on providing tips, sometimes a percentage of the bsuiness done or the profit achieved. |
