Explanation:
I remember on my account extracts from German banks that they had the account number, and the number of the branch office listed (Zweigstelle). Maybe "Zas" is misspelled and should have been "Zws".

However, that leaves the Fam. Nr and Konz. Nr, which do not ring a bell with me at all at this time. How did you translate those terms? Did you find something for that?
