Unfortunately, that's about it for context, save that the entire project consists of a list of newly established property management companies and their "Neuobjekte," except for the one "Eigenobjekt" listed under the one in Frankfurt/Oder. What is an "Eigenobjekt" and how would it differ from a "Neuobjekt" if all of the companies are new and appear to manage only one hotel property?

own property
Explanation:
Take a look at the website below. In this context, "Eigenobjekt" is any property owned by the facility management company. I have also found "own property management", "own property facility management".

Look under "Facility Management" on that website; then go to "Referenzobjekte": here the Steiner Company lists the properties it manages. The first one is their very own corporate building - they own it and they also manage it --> "own property".

I hope this helps.

Thanks for your help on this. After deliberating some more after I posted the question, I was pretty sure I was going in the direction you mention, but I appreciate the back-up and the web reference. I also like "proprietary real property," but my context only allowed the use of "property" and "proprietary property" is often used in copyright contexts, which doesn't apply here.

Again, thank you.
