I can't remember what this is called in English. People celebrating their 10th employment anniversary doesn't ring a bell.

long-service bonus
Explanation:
This is how I have always translated this term, assuming we are talking about the sum of money paid on this occasion. Perhaps 'ten year service bonus' would be even more precise.

Bonus doesn't fit in my context, but the word I was looking for was "service." I think I'll go with "awards ceremony for long-term service." Thanks.

10th employment anniversary celebration

Explanation:
I don't think the notion of long-term employment and celebration still exists in this part of the world (North America)...

However, I found this on the Net:
This 14K Gold Employment anniversary charm is available with several different number of years of service. Please choose from listing. This charm contains 3.3 grams of gold and is diamond-cut.

anniversary

Explanation:
Mostly, people would just say anniversary; the context more than likely makes it clear that it is not a wedding anniversary or some such. (As in "I will be celebrating my 10th anniversary with XYZ.)

anniversary date, hire date, hire anniversary, hiring anniversary, employment anniversary

Explanation:
Down here in Texas, we use many different terms for an employee’s anniversary. Most of the variety comes from loose morphology invented by human resources personnel, many of whom are not trained linguists (thank God).

The “anniversary” is not necessarily a cause for celebration, but it has many policy and procedural implications. Here is a sample (using “hire date” and “anniversary date” in the same sentence):

http://www.utulsa.edu/personnel/policies/anndate.html

“An employee's anniversary date is the date he or she began employment with the university. The employee's hire date or anniversary date may be utilized for:
· fringe benefit eligibility,
· length of service awards,
· eligibility for transfer or promotion involving employees whose qualifications are relatively equal,
· salary adjustment and
· establishing seniority - for vacation scheduling, reducing the workforce or making work assignments.”

A sample using “Hiring Anniversary Date”:

http://www.mitre.org/news/matters/02-00/mm_02-00_8.shtml

“The partnership is a collaborative process under which each pilot participant will meet with his or her manager to set goals for the performance period, which begins on the employee’s hiring anniversary date.”

I hope this is sufficient.
