Explanation: I cannot find major support for this, even in Zahn. But I seem to remember something in the following direction.
Sulawechsel -> Summenlaufwechsel
i.e. a bill of exchange with a top limit that keeps on rotating. That is, whenever a part of the bill is redeemed, a new credit is extended for the amount of the repayment.
