Der Personalbestand bleibt unverändert bei 46 Mitarbeitern, die (teilweise) in den Vertrieb umbesetzt werden sollen. Gehaltssteigerungen sollen lediglich im variablem Anteil Niederschlag finden, wenn entsprechende Umsatzsteigerungen einen Bonus rechtfertigen. Die variablen Anteile werden dann zu 100 Prozent ausgezahlt.

Sofern ein Verlust erwirtschaft wird, sollen keine variablen Gehaltszahlungen erfolgen. Zusätzlich ist geplant, die aktuell gezahlten Gehälter in Mitarbeitergesprächen zu überprüfen.

Die bestehenden Gehälter werden gründlich überprüft. Der Vorstand verzichtet auf einen Teil des Ge-haltes. Variable Anteile werden nicht gezahlt. Die Auszubildenden werden mit dem Auslaufen der Ausbildungsverträge nicht übernommen.
