"Der Beteiligungsgeber kann den Refinanzierungskredit nach Zusage durch X fruehestens 1 Woche vor dem im Beteiligungsvertrag vereinbarten Zahlungstermin abrufen."


I'm just a little unsure of the correct "financialspeak" word here.
