legal entities
Explanation:
Before your seeing your query I had only heard of the Verbandspersonlichkeittheorie (German jurisprudential approach which considers legal entities as ipso facto legal subjects (see e.g. Creifelds Rechtswörterbuch)

However “legal entities” seems to make perfect sense in the context, and is backed up by loads of hits, best of which is the semi-official translation of the Lichtenstein Companies Act:

“Of fundamental significance are the provisions concerning "Verbandspersonen", the customary term used in Liechtenstein for legal entities or juristic persons” http://www.google.com/search?q=cache:Kauih_sWjow:www.asset.l...|lang_de

I guess the term is Swiss.
