English translation:nonoperating and extraordinary revenue
Explanation:
neutrales Ergebnis (neutrale Erträge) - nonoperating revenue or nonoperating results
(Woywode, Rechnungslegung und Steuern, also Schäfer, Wirtschaftsenglisch)
Both Schäfer and Woywode list neutral in various combinations as "nonoperating".

Umsatzrendite:
Zahn, Bank- & Börsenwesen, lists "sales return" and "profit to sales ratio" for Umsatzrendite; also see Schäfer's list below:
Umsatzrentabilität f
(Fin) percentage return on sales (ie, component of RoI ratio system)
(Also:)
– net income percentage of sales
– net operating margin
– profit on sales
– profit percentage
– profit margin
– (GB) profit-turnover ratio
(syn, Umsatzrendite, Umsatzgewinnrate, Gewinn in % des Umsatzes)
neutrale Erträge mpl
(ReW) nonoperating revenue
außerordentliche Erträge mpl
(ReW) extraordinary income
– extraordinary gains
– nonrecurrent income
[Schäfer, Hyperbook Wirtschaftsenglisch]

Umlage - allocation (Woywode)
Kostenumlage - cost allocation

Dictionaries are silent on V. + V.. Looking through the sample balance sheets in Woywode, I saw Vertriebskosten - that might possibly be one V. (I had also thought of Vorräte and Vermögenswerte, but that's no more than a guess.) It would help to know, too, which side of the balance sheet this appears on - assets or liabilities.

don't know about the V + V. Are you sure it's not a U + V?

Vertriebs- u. (allgemeine) Verwaltungskosten

Explanation:
just a possibility:
Two items customarily found under operating expenses in an income statement are "Selling Expenses" and "General and Administrative Expenses." Could be these are lumped together in your statement, particularly since they are allocated expenses (that is, not measured individually and attributed directly to
each sale, but estimated and assigned as an overhead item).

For the other terms, I agree with Ulrike's answer.

Hope this helped.
