.. unfortunately, there is no way to post a second grade comment. Sven, you are missing the point: it is not about finding the German word "Vorrisiko", but about the English term "pre-risk".

It is quite clear what is happening here: as you say, "Vorrisiko" is highly uncommon, but apparently someone has decided to "back-translate" the English term "pre-risk" into German, and that's what the asker is dealing with now.

Again: we don't need to confirm "Vorrisiko"; this question is marked "German to English"!!!
