German term or phrase: begehrte Adresse
In this text, which is designed to promote the wonderful city of Cologne as a business location, I'm trying to figure out if the term Adresse is used in my own language in the same way. The author is saying that certain locations are desirable business locations.

Thank you. That's what I was asking, i.e. is address commonly used in the same way Adresse is used here.

Explanation:
Of course, you can say, "desirable location", etc.

I would say it all depends on the general tone of your text. Be creative:

leading location, prime location, "hot" location, ....
