In my opinion Explanation: Marcus, your read sounds good but I feel it is the copetitor's who are buying themselves out of the Off-set commitments... My suggestion Where XYZ competitors are limited to buying themselves out of the offset commitments, Saab is capable of fulfilling the offset commitments by using the above-mentioned network. |
