third-country explanation


Explanation:
I think that I should give some more details about the term "third country".
It is a term used in the EU law, denominating countries, which are not Members of the European Union,or in the case of Switzerlnad - countries with with which the European Union has not entered bilateral agreements in some field.
So in this case the one countrz is Switzerland, the second countries are the memebr states of the EU, and the third-country is any foreign country, different from the above.
