German term or phrase: genossenschaftliches Konzept
from a bank's press release
"erste Vertriebserfolge bestätigen genossenschaftliches Konzept"

I'm sure *genossenschaftliches* refers to the status of the bank as cooperative bank/ mutual savings bank but don't know how to get this into the sentence - using only the word 'co-operative' would be misleading.
Any good ideas please?

concept of our co-operative structure
Explanation:
A variation that puts the "co-operative" into a slightly more detailed context

" ... the first sales successes confirm the concept of our co-operative structure ..."

Thanks! Using structure is an elegant solution and adds sufficient extra detail, the primary problem which may be I didn't explain to well was that 'co-operative concept' was too ambiguous. It may get lots of hits but I guess 98% of them refer to co-operation (Kooperation) rather than the idea of a co-operative association (Genossenschaftlich)

I would put it like that:
First marketing results confirm (our) co-operative concept

Add the "our" if they are really talking about their own structure
