See below Explanation: A "Versorgungsfall" is an event giving rise to retirement benefits according to the Romain Dictionary of Legal and Commercial Terms. In trying to reconstruct the original German sentence, could it have said something along the lines of employees not being eligible to receive retirement benefits because of a particular event before the end of 10 years. |

see below Explanation: Versorgungsfall (SozV, Vers) insured event (ie, in the case of social insurance or pension fund) Schäfer, Hyperbook I think a Versorgungsfall might be a bit broader than just a pension scheme. For instance, it would be a Versorgungsfall if a worker became permanently disabled and were thus entitled to collect social security. For your context, though, the translation found in Romain would seem to suffice. |
