German term or phrase: Colli
This is something which products are packed in before being sent to the customer. In the German text the word Kiste appears in brackets after colli so it's presumably some sort of crate but can the word colli be used in English. I have the feeling it may exist but can't find it anywhere.

English translation:shipping container/packaging
Explanation:
They probably mean "Kolli" which is the German spelling for an all-encompassing Italian term for transport package/container (in the old sense of container = Versandbehälter). It could be a box, crate, in wrapping paper, or anything. That is why they get specific afterwards by saying "Kiste" = "crate". - HTH - Dan

Explanation:
Colli is an Italian word, the literal meaning is big size package to be shipped. It is also used as a general word for items to be shipped, in sentences like "number of items (colli) to be shipped.
Kiste means something like wooden case for shipping, therefore I think that "crate" is OK.

parcel

Explanation:
Our PO uses French and English, and Colis is the French for a parcel, a package in the mail. Of course, parcels may be sent or delivered in other ways, too.

colli

Explanation:
Colli refers to a shipping container.
I know because when I worked for Kawasaki Motoren GmbH in Frankfurt/M. our motorcycles were shipped from Japan in collis, arrived in Hamburg, and then were shipped to us via train.

Hope this helps.
