The new corporate form of a XYZ Holding AG came at a later date, in which, to my client’s knowledge, Mr. Fritz Neimand and Franz Schmidt also share 25% each, or a company to be published by one of them. On 22/08/2006 a further exclusive distribution agreement was concluded with this new company for Europe, including Italy, Austria yet also Switzerland, henceforth through ZZZ Development Co Ltd. joined by the BBB Export Corporation.
