leave it, if this is the thing I assume, it is a soft toy offered by a German discounter, it has the form of numbers e.g. 1.99(Purzelpreise, i.e. purzelnde Preise, the slogan of this company) and the name is "Purzelpreis". You might add an explanation at the first occurrence of the term, such as the "Purzelpreis soft toy", but you should not translate it in the document. See the nice picture in the link.

Asker: Thanks for the suggestion. The client came back with a suggestion, and wanted it to be called something else (with which I'm not entirely in agreement). I'll update if I get any other satisfactory information.
