From the small print of a leasing agreement:
... kann Verzugszinsen in Hoehe von 5% pa ueber den jeweils gueltigen Basiszinssatz des Diskontueberleitungsgesetz geltend machen.

The strange thing is, I can find no reference to any such law. Could this be a historical document refering to some law that no longer exists? I doubt it - can anybody shed any light on this matter?
